Bin 312 owners are passionate wine enthusiasts who hoped to create a wine shopping experience not to be forgotten. Saccoccio & Associates were tasked with transforming a vacant office space into a new wine cellar with old world charm (think Tuscany). 312’s intact original stone and brick walls, some hidden under modern walls, were perfect for setting the scene. With careful attention to the details, Saccoccio succeeded in creating bin 312, the right mix of authentic and new. The results exceeded the clients’ expectations and returned the street level to its original retail use.
