Saccoccio & Associates was retained to design a new facility to support small conference and administrative functions. “Smart Green” building components were incorporated wherever feasible, including:

• Siting for optimal sun

• Skylights and day-lighting system – no artificial light during day

• Use of photo-voltaic system – solar panels

• Use of natural gas-powered fuel cell
