Sprague Mansion

Governor Sprague Mansion, circa 1790 1864:

Saccoccio & Associates also designed several interior and exterior restoration projects for historic Sprague Mansion and an Existing Conditions Study of the Sprague Carriage House. Work included an interior restoration, re-roofing, exterior painting and a new heating system. Sprague Mansion is currently a venue for special events.

Joy Homestead, circa 1754

Saccoccio & Associates designed full historic restoration of the Joy Homestead. The exterior renovations included rebuilding windows to historic standards, repairing the original chimney and use of a paint scheme determined to be historically accurate. In a subsequent phase, interior rehabilitation included structural repairs, and fireplace and kitchen restorations.
