Saccoccio & Associates provides a complete range of professional services including architectural design and consultation, historic restoration, facilities planning and interior design. Our staff is well-versed in sustainable and green design and the importance of site-appropriate architecture.

Professional consultants are engaged for a project as needed, including engineers and specialists in acoustics audio/video, food service, interiors, landscape architecture and more. All consulting disciplines are selected for the specific expertise they can bring to a project, allowing Saccoccio & Associates to assemble the best professional design team for a project.

Principals Mark Saccoccio, AIA and Steve Guglielmo, AIA are personally responsible for the coordination and implementation of all phases of a project, and are always available to address a client’s questions or concerns.
